Relax!!!

Today is a quite relax day!

It a busy morning for me today, Ms Lim and Ms Chia has been asking me to do most of the things. I think that I'm lucky some how ba. Haha.. But I've been complaining that I'm too busy, I think I'm a two or more sided person. So to different ppl, I got different personality. (Do not under-estimate me)

The new OPS are here for the 3rd day, and they are still adapting to this new environment. In the morning, we have to teach them how to do D/O filing and what to do when there is an invoice. First, when u see the delivery order form, wat shld u do? I asked them to take the D/O files to OPS room. As the were going to take the files, I saw them taking the One-Time Off Suppliers. I then asked them, Are u sure that u took the right file? They then check and put the files back and take the correct files. Then, I asked them to take the D/O to file.

Next its the invoice send by the suppliers. I asked them to take one each, then followed by what shld u do when u received this invoice. First, u have to check the supplier billing file. Next fill in the yellow coding form. After that put it into Ms Lim tray for her to sign. After that, check Mr Chan tray and bring the documents for him to sign.

So that was what I teach in the morning. Amanda carry on testing wat they have learnt yesterday, while I'm busy doing other things given by Ms Lim and Ms Chia. I'm only busy for awhile, then i have to bring the new batch to help Ms Chia to do Cheers things. Wat we have to do is to check on the expiry of the instant cup noodles. The rest it of the new Cheers to do ba.

Its abt 11:30am and we had finish all the stuff. So i let then have a long break and asked them to come back at 2pm. We will continue to teach them how to check the stock card for MSC outlets and the cheers concess which is to be done at the end of every month.

I so happy that i final can slack and do nothing till my lunch break at 1pm. Before that Ms Chia called and ask me to go in. For a moment I tot I did something wrong. But then it abt the new batch thingy. She have been observing them since day one. So she noes who are the one that can help her and those cannot. But she still will ask around and see anybody noe them and give comment abt them.

I think everybody can do things but its the matter of willingness ba. In the working society, the willingness is a very impt factor. If u can perform but u are not willing to give then its pointless. I also pointed out that those who will give her problems, so that she can take note of them.

After the lunch break, she is very busy. The supervisors had to attend a meeting. So they will not be back so soon. By the time they came back, its time for us to go home. But I went to see her abt those who are problematic. She star them up and will not use them to do any impt things.

By the time Ms Chia and I finish the conversation, its abt 6:30pm. So I think she is much more clearer abt the new batch. This may help her to differentiate them le. I think that abt all. I will update it again soon. Look forward for my story.. Bye Bye!
